About AboveParr Equestrian and Bevin Allison
AboveParr Equestrian was founded in 2006 by Bevin Allison in Des Moines, IA in order to bring a fun, caring, and safe riding and horse training environment to everyone. In the fall of 2009 Bevin relocated AboveParr Equestrian to Ocala, FL. Bevin has worked with children and adults alike. She understands the nervous rider as well as the more experienced rider.
Bevin never pushes riders or horses beyond their capabilities which allows them to advance at their own pace. This builds confidence and trust, which are things that are very important to her.
Bevin has worked with barrel racers, Arabian halter horses, hunter/jumpers, and Dressage riders, helping them all excel in their chosen disciplines. She uses Dressage principles to help all riders and horses remain supple and balanced through their work together, creating a happy and rewarding partnership for both.
AboveParr Equestrian does not board horses. Boarding for horses that are trained through AboveParr Equestrian is done at Dittmer Stables. Stall and Pasture space is limited so advanced booking is encouraged if you would like your horse trained by Bevin.
Lessons can either be given on a school horse or on your own horse. You may bring your own horse to the barn if they are not already in boarding at Dittmer for the lesson.
